Raspberry Fields Pony Parties

We have full Public Liability Insurance, are DBS checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service and are fully paediatric first aid trained. Our Raspberry Fields Pony Parties here on the farm are held in a supervised, safe environment providing a unique and excellent venue for your party. Should we visit you at your home/venue, a risk assessment and safety brief will be carried out prior to commencing.

Children do remain the responsibility of parent, carer or guardian and we request parents stay with their children for the duration of the party….when here at the farm, why not take the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and indulge in the free tea, coffee and cake.

At the farm, gates will be open 15 mins prior to party booking time for you to meet and greet your guests. We ask that you vacate 15 mins after the party has ended; if we are able to accommodate, you are more than welcome to stay and play.

It is important that children are made aware that being around horses is a does carry a risk, horses can scare easily and so we would ask for parent/guardian co-operation as requested when handling and riding the ponies, a safety briefing will be conducted for both children and parents/guardians prior to commencement of the part. Children will be lead on a lead rein and parents/carers can walk beside the children.

A disclaimer will be completed by the party booker on behalf of the guests, parents, carers, guardians are responsible for their own children in their company.

Although we love our animals we would ask that you do not bring your own dog onto the premises.
